The Zoning Board of appeals will meet on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Township Hall located at 8600 Blough Ave SW.  On the agenda is:  1)  Conditional Permit # BZA 2025-06 Soehnlen Veterinary  Clinic located at 6315 Beth Ave SW Navarre, OH  44662 which is up for renewal.  2)  A new Conditional Permit # BZA 2025-11 for Fritz Outdoor Power Equipment LLC located at 6076 Shepler Church Rd SW Navarre, OH  44662.  3)  A variance for 6611 Brinker St SW Navarre, OH  44662 to increase the height of his garage from 20' to 26' to be used only for storage.  4)  Any other business that may come up.

The Bethlehem Township Zoning Commission Board will meet on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Township Hall located at 8600 Blough Ave SW Navarre, OH.  This meeting is for the public to voice concerns/acceptance to increasing the kilowatts for residential solar from 10 kw to 25 kw.  Other business will also be discussed.
