The Tuscarawas River divides the zoned area of Bethlehem Township from the un-zoned area of the Township.

Bethlehem Township Zoning Secretary Position

Wage:  $100.00 per meeting

Job duties include but are not limited to:

 1)  Assist the Zoning Inspector when asked.

2)  Attend both the Zoning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals meetings.

2)  Set meetings up with the Zoning Inspector and both zoning boards.

3)  Advertise meeting dates and legal notices when needed. 

4)  Record and type minutes.  Minutes need to be emailed to the Fiscal Officer no later than 2 weeks after that meeting. 

5)  Email the time sheets to Fiscal Officer the next day after the meeting.

6)  Reply to emails from Bethlehem Township Board no later than 48 hours (excluding Weekends and holidays).

You do not have to be a resident in Bethlehem Township for this position.

Zoning Position                                                                                                          

Bethlehem Township has one (1)  position open on the Zoning Commission Board

and one (1) position open on the Zoning Board of Appeals.

You must live in the unincorporated zoned area (not the Village) of the Township. 

This is a compensated position of $75.00 per meeting.
